2020 Philly Free Skate

Friday, June 26 -

Sunday, June 28

**** With all that is going on in the world and in Philly, we regret that we have to cancel this year's Philly Free Skate. Let's hope other cities can have their events as scheduled! Be safe and healthy! ****

This is Philadelphia’s annual three-day inline skating bonanza.

Skate the city and beyond, with hundreds of fellow enthusiasts.

We’ll be running skates Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.

It’s free! Come for one or all of the skates.

This year due to construction, all skates begin at the bottom of the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art (East side).

There will be a rest stop on each skate.

This event is for intermediate to expert skaters. We skate in the streets. Skate distances range from 12-20+ miles. You must be capable of navigating through traffic, up & down curbs, over rough pavement, and up & down hills. Helmets are required. There will be a water and bathroom stop on each skate.
